The Fund is an on-chain investment vehicle managed via the Enzyme Finance platform on the Ethereum network.
The primary investment objective is to generate sustainable ETH-denominated returns through a dual-strategy framework: (i) income generation from covered call writing, and (ii) conservative yield generation from established decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
All on-chain operations are executed transparently through smart contracts, providing verifiable records to investors. Certain activities, including options trading, are conducted via centralized exchanges (CEXs) and therefore occur off-chain. The Fund will apply commercially reasonable verification and reporting procedures to these off-chain activities; however, investors should note that such activities are not subject to the same level of automated transparency and introduce additional operational, counterparty, and withdrawal risks.
The Fund applies a disciplined, rules-based approach to ETH asset management. Strategies are selected to balance income generation with capital preservation, utilizing only established and liquid venues.
